The half-finished products
are products manufactured in workshops, which
passed through all the processing stages, but
have a 'basic shape' and reflect the 'looks' of
the jewel, such as little stars, little hearts,
sections of tubes or rather simple shapes which
will be finished in following stages.
Our half-finished products are obtained mainly
through two different types of processing:
Press forming and
cutting
Shaping
Press forming and cutting:
The desired shapes are impressed on the ribbon
with a pressing machine on which are mounted
the matrices. Our company has a wide range of
matrices, of most diverse types.
Shaping: the metal ribbon
will be worked with the forms, machines which,
by making the sheet flow through the cylinders,
produce cannular shapes of various diameters.
